Young Scholar’s National Webinar Series “Feminichy: Morality, Discipline and Family,”

The department of Political Science of St. Peter's College Kolenchery in association with the
IQAC conducted the second lecture for its webinar series on 14th August, 2020. The speaker
was Ms. Anu VN, a PhD scholar from the University of Hyderabad. She spoke on the topic,
'Feminichy: Discipline, Morality and Family'. The lecture touched upon various ways
patriarchy is creating gender compartmentalization and harming the entire society and its
inclusivity. Over 300 participants from various universities and colleges took part in the
webinar. There were teachers, students and research scholars among the audience. It was
marked by active participation.
