Annually, we conduct a comprehensive soft skill training programme covering aspects such as leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and effective communication, ensuring that our students are well-prepared to face the challenges of the modern workplace. Our dedicated Placement Cell provides rigorous grooming sessions to develop interview skills aimed at enhancing students’ confidence, articulation, and interview techniques. Coaching programmes for PSC examinations are also managed by CGPC.

Our Clubs and Cells organize life skill training programmes to instil crucial skills such as financial literacy, time management, stress management, and problem-solving abilities among students. The NSS and NCC play integral roles in our institution’s community engagement and leadership development initiatives. These provide students with opportunities to engage in meaningful community service activities, and cultivate a spirit of social responsibility.

Our institution organizes a diverse range of workshops and certificate courses aimed at fostering hands-on skills and entrepreneurial thinking among students. In addition, we have established strategic partnerships with leading organizations. We collaborate with ISDC to offer ACCA; with BECIL for advanced training in Microsoft Excel, financial accounting with Tally and GST, and fundamentals of capital markets through FINMARK; aptitude and skill development programmes through initiatives like PRAGMATIX and CMA (USA), in collaboration with the Logic School of Management, providing students with globally recognized certifications that enhance their career prospects.

Our on-campus Micro Computer Academy, recognized as an authorized training center by CDAC GIST PACE under Indian Government, underscores our commitment to technological proficiency. This facility which has been running for the last 25 years offers courses and certifications in cutting-edge technologies, empowering students with the technical skills demanded by today’s digital economy.

To provide practical exposure and real-world insights, our curriculum includes industrial visits, field trips, and field studies. These experiential learning opportunities enable students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications, fostering a deeper understanding of industry dynamics and emerging trends.
