NATIONAL WEBINAR ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION AS CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS

PIONERO – The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) and Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of St. Peter’s College in association with PG and Research Department of Commerce organised a national webinar on 18 ^th February 2021 from 10 AM – 11.30 AM for students.The program began with a welcome speech by Dr. Venugopalan K.V, Head of Commerce Department followed by Dr. Shaju Varghese, Principal of St Peter’s College inaugurating the event with an inspirational speech on the role of entrepreneurship in the present day economic scenario. The chief guest, Dr. Sangeetha K Prathap, Assistant Professor, School of Management Studies, CUSAT, Kochi delivered an inspirational and innovational talk on the importance of entrepreneurship and the door of opportunities it offers us. She also mentioned the advantages and problems faced by an entrepreneur and highlighted the difference between a job seeker and job giver.
