SETTING UP MEGA VACCINATION CAMP

When an entire society is struggling to survive a raging pandemic, no one can shirk from his/ her social responsibilities.

Recognising that any crisis can only be overcome through united and timely interventions, the NSS Unit no 39 became involved in covid preventive activities. About 20 Volunteers helped the authorities in conducting the Mega Vaccination Camp led by Poothrikka Grama Panchayath in the extreme situation of covid spread. The camp was held at Karukappilly G.U.P.S, on 16th April 2021 with the participation of around 400 people. Rooms were arranged, sanitized and cleaning activities were carried out by the volunteers. Unit ensured their services in the entire setting up of the camp.
