Agriculture at our homes
As part of World Agriculture Day on 10th september, all the volunteers of our National Service Scheme Unit 39 engaged in planting and doing agriculture at our homes on 11th September 2021. We planted different species of trees, fruits, herbs, vegetables, etc. at our homes. It was a great experience to spend some time to do something that should be given more time and effort.
The aim of this program was to spread the importance of achieving self sufficiency in food production. Which will not only help to cut costs, but will also help to generate more healthy foods free of chemicals.
