“Exercise, Nutrition and health: Keeping it simple”

The National Service Scheme Unit 39 of our St Peter’s College, Kolenchery Organised a webinar session titled “Exercise, Nutrition and health: Keeping it simple”, on 13th January, 2022, at 07:00PM, through Google Meet Platform.

The session was handled by Mr. K.K Sajeev, Health Inspector, Poothrikka Community Health Centre.

The program was part of our initiative to promote the importance of leading a  health lifestyle at a time when the world is moving at pace, not at all bothered about own health and well being.

Our volunteers actively took part in the program and decided to implement and share the knowledge they recieved.
