Wellness Training Programme

Health will not be accomplished without fitness. Aerobics classes were inaugurated on 22-08-2022 and arranged on three consecutive days  from 2.30 PM  to 4.00 PM. The resource person , a well-known professional trainer Ms.Snolly Litta, gave important  directions about physical fitness  and also demonstrated different styles of aerobics as well as  Zumba.
