Commemorating World Diabetes Day- Awareness class on Diabetes

The Department of Biotechnology in association with NSS organized an awareness campaign on Diabetes. The programme was inaugurated by the principal Dr.Shaju Varghese . The resource person for the session was Dr.Sharon Basil of MOSC Medical college, Kolenchery. Doctor gave an overview of the food habits of concern in diabetes, precautions to be taken, genetics involved and also about the treatment modalities. The event was organized on 15-11-2022 from 2.30 PM to 3.30 PM at Golden Jubilee Seminar Hall.
