CANCER AWARENESS WEBINAR
National Service Scheme Unit 39 organized a webinar on 24th August 03.00pm, based on the topic “Cancer Prevention and Healthy Lifestyle” in association with Sanjeevani life beyond cancer a non-profit, registered Public Trust working in the domain of integrated cancer care. The session was led by Ms.Sumki Begum with an aim to promote the importance of maintaining a positive thinking and following a healthy diet in preventing Cancer.
The attendees were welcomed by our volunteers followed by NSS Geetham. The session was presided over by our principal.
Cancer being the world’s 2nd leading cause of death, the session was really informative as we also understood the various kinds of cancer and tumor that could effect the human body and immune system. Our volunteers utilised the interaction time effectively and the session was rounded off with vote of thanks.
