B.Sc. Chemistry

B.Sc. Chemistry with Physics and Mathematics as complementary courses. Apart from the general English course the students can choose an additional language of their interest from Hindi, Malayalam and Sanskrit. In fifth semester the students can opt for any open course offered by any of our sister departments without any barrier in language, arts, science or commerce. Department offers a choice based special course in Nanochemistry and Nanotechnology during the final semester.

OBJECTIVES: BSc. Chemistry syllabus is framed in such a way that it bridges the gap between the plus two and postgraduate levels of Chemistry by providing a more complete and logical framework in almost all areas of basic Chemistry
